Pixon Chemie is committed to the whole value chain of our elements; we inspect, audit and interfere for improvement in all steps to guarantee the integrity of our products from the manufacturing plant to the end user with all the best practices available.
We are always up to date with all the GHS standards for several countries we export our elements, making sure labels and documents are properly designed with the highest quality in order to exceed the current standards.
In our product development and design phases we measure the impact of a new element in the light of the best practices found for product stewardship.
Our company conducts, routinely, the EHS auditing control at our manufacture plants to guarantee the reliability of our production system.
Our Phd Chief Dr. Luc, is the head of our regulatory affairs to guarantee GHS policies that exceed current standards, all documentation including TDS, SDS, labels and pictograms are in compliance with modern legislation in all regions in order to prevent and guarantee safety to the people and to the environment.
Pixon Chemie is fully integrated with our main technologies to provide the DOGC status - denomination of controlled origin and guarantee - , customers who are supplied by the company, experience full transparency in our product line with no risk of product quality or origin deviations soever.
Pixon Chemie takes the impact of our chemical products into the supply chain very seriously and we measure and meticulously analyse the risks involved in transportation, warehousing, application and destination to make sure preventive actions are in place to avoid any risk of accident or unnecessary exposure to others as a real responsible chemical company would do.
The company has insurance covering all of its shipments around the globe to prevent any discomfort our customer might experience because of uncontrolled factors. Please refer to our sales contract for liability clarifications.
All of our shipments are submitted to photo sessions at the loading point before shipping. This procedure intends to validate the perfect conditions of every single shipment and it gives additional safety to our customers. These digital pictures are available on our digital cloud integrated system, fully accessible on every device, including any mobile device.
Our IT department is one of our best competencies, they have worked very hard to easily integrate and secure digital documents to customer level. Our customers are entitled to access the system virtually on any device that is connected to the internet and take actions in real time. They can view, download, upload, share, approve and review all the documents of their international shipments in transit with one click literally.
Pixon Chemie is constantly involved in new product development, particularly in the area of sustainable technology. The connection with Universities, Research centres and independent labs helps us find answers to our line of incoming products. This area is foreseen to be of more attention over the next years.
